This Refund Policy explains when and how you can get a refund on Meio, operated by **ORABLU TECH LLP**. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions.



1. Refund Window



1.1. You can raise a refund request for an order within 6 hours of delivery. Requests raised after this window are generally not eligible.



2. When You're Eligible



2.1. You can request a refund if:

- items were missing from your order;

- there was a food quality issue (for example, spoiled or unsafe food);

- wrong items were delivered;

- your order was not delivered; or

- there was a significant delay in delivery.



3. When You're Not Eligible



3.1. Refunds are generally not available for:

- requests raised after the 6-hour window;

- change of mind after the order is placed or prepared;

- taste or personal preference (where the food was correct and of acceptable quality); or

- issues caused by incorrect address or unavailability at delivery.



4. How to Raise a Request



4.1. Open the order receipt in the app and choose the refund option, then select a reason.



4.2. For food quality issues, please attach photos - this helps us review your request quickly and fairly.



4.3. Our team reviews each request, and we may ask for additional details.



5. How Refunds Are Issued



5.1. Refunds for orders paid by Meio Wallet are credited back to your Meio Wallet.



5.2. Refunds for orders paid by card/UPI may be credited to your original payment method or your Meio Wallet**, decided case-by-case (and at your option where available).



6. Meio Wallet Top-Ups



6.1. Wallet top-ups are not refundable, except where a top-up failed due to a technical or payment error (for example, money was debited but not credited to your wallet). In such cases, contact support and we will investigate and correct it.



6.2. Wallet funds cannot be withdrawn or transferred (see the Wallet Terms in our Terms & Conditions).



7. AI Features



7.1. AI features (AI meal logging and meal planning) are free to use, subject to fair-use daily limits. They are not charged to your Meio Wallet or to any payment method, so there is nothing to refund.



7.2. Because AI outputs are estimates and suggestions only (see our Terms), they are provided without charge and are not subject to refunds.



8. Processing Time



8.1. To Meio Wallet: typically instant once approved.



8.2. To original payment method (card/UPI): typically 5–7 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider.



9. Contact & Disputes



9.1. For refund questions or disputes, contact customercare@meio.in or raise a grievance with our Grievance Officer (details in our Terms & Conditions). We aim to acknowledge within 48 hours.
